DOCX reports, converts to PDF, compresses, and returns everything as a zip.

Upload filled PVI reports (.docx or .pdf — single files or a .zip of them).
The server reverse-extracts every field and either returns a populated
PVI_Generator workbook (with photos) or saves reusable machine
templates for New Job. Templates are grouped automatically by the vehicle/asset
serial each vessel is fitted to (the "Vessel Fitted to?" field) — one template
per machine. Type a name instead to force everything into a single template.
